Hi I am looking for a Blog to discuss where and how to get the best price for my S/S Rolex Submariner Oyster Perpetual. It was made around 1964 and I have owned it since 1967.
It has quite a history. The deepest we have dived was to 520ft in the N Sea when I was a Saturation Diver.
I wore it when we did the Worlds 1st dive amongst Great White sharks – without a cage in 1992, whilst making the movie Blue Wilderness for Nat Geo. [See Wikipedia] And it was nearly consumed when a GW tried to my hands and the camera I was holding. A very close call.
We have dived for diamonds off the S African coast and in Congo rivers.
It has hunted sharks with me [when that was still acceptable]. And a few more adventures. I am and internationally known Undersea Explorer [Google George Askew Diver] or look at my pix pages on Facebook.
A pilot friend who has a mid-70s model said mine was worth US$20,000. I`m attached to it but would take such a price.

If you can advise me I`d be most grateful.
